Le médecin échographiste qui accompagne Michel Cymes dans la présentation du Journal de la santé ne se sentait pas bien dans sa peau quand son poids a augmenté. Elle a confié qu’il lui était difficile de la regarder à la télévision et qu’elle évitait de se croiser dans les miroirs, car son reflet ne lui plaisait pas du tout. Marine Carrère D’Encausse n’avait pas du tout confiance en elle et avait du mal à se supporter. C’est ce qui la poussé à suivre un régime. Ses efforts n’ont pas été vains, car elle a perdu 20 kilos. Aujourd’hui, elle ne s’accepte pas encore, mais elle est déjà sur la bonne voie.
