Aujourd’hui, l’animateur français se porte comme un charme. Au micro de Sud Radio, il a annoncé avoir perdu 8 kilos. Pour le présentateur, seul la bonne volonté permet d’arriver à ses fins, « Soit tu te laisses aller, soit tu testes ta propre volonté » a-t-il déclaré. Au début de son régime, il s’est dit qu’il allait se tordre et faire un régime qui lui ferait perdre entre 7 à 8 kilos environ. Il a suffi qu’il se mette à l’œuvre pour que cela fonctionne. Il a fait un régime assez particulier, dont celui de manger uniquement ce qu’il n’aimait pas. Il a donc stoppé la consommation d’alcool et de charcuterie, qu’il adorait.
