Avec force et persévérance, l’ancienne candidate de l’émission « Secret Story » a perdu beaucoup de poids en trois ans. Les kilos dont Ayem Nour s’est débarrassés ne sont pas des moindres, car elle est passée de 83 à 58 kilos. L’animatrice a eu du mal pour mincir, mais elle n’a pas abandonné. Selon elle, le plus dur était de supporter les moqueries des gens quand elle était plus ronde et certains médias s’en sont aussi donnés à cœur joie. Aujourd’hui, elle put publier ces 30 kilos en trop et continuer à faire des exercices pour éviter l’effet yoyo.
