L’acteur et metteur en scène québécois a connu une perte de poids spectaculaire puisqu’il s’est débarrassé de 30 kilos. Cette transformation du comédien a faut couler beaucoup d’encre. En seulement 5 moins, il a réalisé cette prouesse en diminuant sa ration de nourritures par jour. Il a affirmé qu’il coupait ses portions en deux tiers tout en pratiquant beaucoup d’exercice physique. Tous les jours, il soulevait des altères, faisait du vélo et pratiquait même le karaté avec son entraineur. Le comédien a souligné qu’il souhaitait mincir pour être en bonne santé et non pour une question esthétique.
