L’animateur a décidé de perdre du poids et de prendre soin de lui pour des raisons esthétiques, mais surtout pour rester en bonne santé. Il a avoué avoir tenté beaucoup de régimes amincissants, mais ils n’ont pas fonctionné pour lui. En plus, selon lui, le fait de manger de la viande maigre et de la salade n’est pas une partie de plaisir et il craignait l’effet yoyo. Aujourd’hui, il arrive à stabiliser son poids en ayant recours à certaines restrictions alimentaires et en faisant beaucoup de sport. Il affirme avoir perdu deux tailles de vestes ainsi que trois tailles de pantalons.
