Muriel Robin adore mitonner des petits plats équilibrés pour manger sainement et ne pas être tentée par la malbouffe. Elle a déclaré avoir commencé à prendre du poids à partir de sa 35e année. Selon elle, ses kilos en trop étaient venus en même temps que le succès. Avant cela, la nourriture ne la faisait pas grossir, mais par la suite le contraire s’est produit. Comme beaucoup d’autres personnes souffrant d’un mal-être à cause du surpoids, elle a évité de se regarder dans le miroir. Pour perdre ses kilos indésirables, Robin ne mange que des desserts sans farine, sans beurre et sans sucre.
