Guy Carlier n’avait pas seulement que quelques kilos en trop, il avait réellement souffert de l’obésité et pesait 250 kilos. Avec l’aide du nutritionniste Jean-Michel Cohen, il a sorti un livre qui parle de son expérience. Le bouquin s’intitule « Moins 125-Amour Monstre ». La cause de ce surpoids de Guy Carlier était la boulimie. Pour lui, cette maladie était comme une addiction. Ce qui la différencie de la cigarette est le fait qu’on ne peut pas arrêter avec le self contrôle. Pour s’en libérer, Carlier a dû suivre des traitements particuliers dans une clinique pendant neuf mois. Après cela, il a perdu 125 kilos et se sent mieux que jamais.
