Pour y arriver, elle n’est pas allée par quatre chemins et a décidé simplement de rayer la malbouffe de son alimentation. Elle a aussi géré la quantité de nourriture qu’elle avalait. Le résultat est bluffant, car elle a perdu 25 kilos en un rien de temps. Comme vous pouvez le constater, il n’y a rien de mieux qu’un bon régime alimentaire pour lutter contre le surpoids et manger sainement, boire beaucoup d’eau et ne pas oublier la règle des cinq fruits et légume par jour ou plus.
