La jolie brune a confié à ses fans qu’elle a perdu 16 kilos après son accouchement et le déclic qui l’a poussé à perdre du poids était l’envie de vivre sainement. Émilie Nef Naf avoue avoir un petit faible pour les aliments gras et sucrés, mais elle préfère manger équilibré aujourd’hui. Elle s’est aussi remise au sport.
