Si on compare le physique récent de Sophie Favier à celui qu’elle avait il y a des dizaines d’années, on constate sa prise de poids évidents. L’animatrice aimait bien ses formes voluptueuses, mais elle se sentait quand même mal dans sa peau. En effet, son indice de masse corporelle dépasse la normale, car elle avait 79 kilos pour une taille de 1m68. C’est pour cette raison qu’elle a décidé de faire des efforts pour perdre du poids. Son but était de perdre 15 kilos et pour cela, elle a demandé l’intervention d’un coach sportif ainsi qu’un nutritionniste. Les abonnés ont eu le plaisir de voir son évolution, car elle le mettait sur Twitter. La méthode qu’elle a employée est une bonne séance de sport par jour et la réduction des calories à 1200. L’animatrice a perdu 13 kilos en seulement deux mois et elle se sent plus légère aujourd’hui. Pour fêter cette réussite, elle a aussi changé sa garde-robe.
