Chris Pratt – Acteur « Gardien de la galaxie » – 27 kilos
C’est le genre d’acteur qu’il est difficile de ne pas remarquer. La star a déjà commencé sa carrière à la télévision il y a plusieurs années. Des fois, il lui est arrivé de camper des rôles secondaires durant une longue période. Au cours de ces années, le physique de Chris Pratt n’a pas été toujours le même. Ce que vous ignorez surement, c’est que l’acteur pesait à peu près 136 kg quand il a tenté de décrocher un rôle dans un film du studio Marvel. Son poids n’était cependant pas adapté au personnage qu’il souhaitait incarner. Du coup il a suivi un régime draconien pour être plus mince. Les abonnés de la star de cinéma étaient étonnés de voir la photo de celle-ci sur les réseaux sociaux quelques semaines après sa diète. Chris Pratt avait un physique d’Apollon et il était fier de montrer sa tablette de chocolat. Pour perdre 25 kg en un rien de temps, l’acteur a déclaré qu’il a juste augmenté sa consommation d’eau, mais on a du mal à le croire.
