Pour l’animatrice, on n’a pas besoin de suivre un régime drastique ou encore se priver de nourriture. Pour mincir et garder la ligne, selon elle, il faut simplement bien choisir ce qu’on introduit dans l’estomac. La présentatrice s’estime chanceuse d’apprécier la bonne nourriture, sans aller vers les excès. Elle affirme adorer le poisson, les légumes frais, les fruits… et que les plats en sauce ne sont pas vraiment parmi ses préférés. Evelyne Dheliat pratique aussi beaucoup de sport durant son temps libre. Elle fait de la natation et préfère monter les escaliers plutôt que d’utiliser l’ascenseur.
