Noémie Lenoir a juste eu besoin d’un mois d’entraînement pour perdre ses kilos de grossesse. Pour y arriver, elle a eu recours à un entrainement intensif en salle de sport, mais cela ne suffisait pas. Il fallait aussi qu’elle fasse attention à son alimentation.
