Vaimalama Chavez – Miss France 2019 – 20 kilos
Il faut souffrir pour atteindre ses objectifs et la Miss France 2019 et Vaimalama Chavez en était consciente. La jeune femme est gourmande et elle avait besoin de perdre du poids pour faire partie des candidates aux concours. Pour intégrer la compétition de Miss France, elle a dû perdre 20 kilos avec l’aide d’un préparateur physique. En 6 mois, elle s’est entraînée avec son coach Kader. Chavez s’est durement entraînée et elle faisait du sport d’une durée de 30 minutes par jour. En plus de cela, elle a aussi changé son alimentation et tiré un trait sur les aliments qui contiennent trop de glucides.
