Comme Laurent Ournac, l’animateur français a aussi perdu pas mal de poids et sa transformation est spectaculaire. Sébastien Cauet a l’air d’une autre personne sans son double menton et son gros ventre. Mais comment a-t-il fait pour perdre 13 kilos ? En 2016, il a confié avoir profité de l’été pour perdre du poids. Pour lui, la recette pour être plus mince n’est pas de trop se priver de bonnes choses, mais seulement d’éviter les excès. Il a fait plus attention à ce qu’il y avait dans son assiette et fait un peu de sport. Ses fans ont été évidemment surpris de cette transformation bluffante et Cauet s’est amusé à lire leurs commentaires sur les réseaux sociaux.
