Kim Kardashian a affirmé dit qu’il lui est déjà arrivé de passer ses soirées au gymnase dans une tentative désespérée de perdre du poids après avoir gagné plusieurs kilos. La star de la télé-réalité, s’est rendue sur Instagram pour parler de sa prise de poids. Elle déclaré aussi avoir essayé de perdre son excédent de poids avant d’avoir 40 ans. Kim a posté le clip avant de s’entraîner avec son entraîneur Melissa Alcantara. « D’accord, nous faisons un entraînement de nuit avant mon dîner, ce que je ne fais jamais avec. Mais je me suis dit qu’il fallait qu’on s’y mette à un moment donné. Pour me sentir bien, je veux juste avoir un poids idéal et cela signifie que je dois m’entraîner à tout prix », a-t-elle affirmé.
