En conséquence, elle a mené une guerre très féroce contre son surpoids, ce qui lui a permis de perdre 31 kg. Ce n’est rien d’autre que la motivation qui a permis à la chanteuse de suivre l’entraînement très rigoureux et intensif (à base d’haltères) que son entraîneuse personnelle, Paulette Sybliss, pour ne pas la nommer, lui a fait subir. En effet, elle s’entraînait pas moins de quatre fois par semaine et chaque séance durait entre 45 minutes et une heure.
