Journalist and TV presenter Marietta Slomka has had a successful career, is feared by politicians and loved by viewers. She has done what no newswoman has done before her: the critical and unyielding questioning technique in interviews led to the word “geslomkat”. In 2001 she succeeded Alexander Niemetz as presenter at the “heute-journal”.
