Als David Bowie 2016 starb, trauerte die Musikwelt um ein Genie, das kaum zu ersetzen ist. Für seine Familie war der Verlust noch viel einschneidender, besonders für seine Tochter Alexandria „Lexi“ Zahra Jones, die 2000 aus der Ehe mit dem Model Iman hervorging. Während ihr Halbbruder Duncan Jones als Regisseur bekannt wurde, entschied Lexi sich für ein zurückgezogenes Leben.
Mittlerweile erwachsen, lebt sie vor allem in den USA und teilt nur hin und wieder private Einblicke auf Social Media. Obwohl ihr kreatives Talent und ihr Interesse an Kunst offensichtlich sind, meidet sie den direkten Weg ins Rampenlicht.
