Allerdings traf Mark Medlock auf Sylt schließlich seine Rettung: die Millionärin Cornelia Reckert, die 15 Jahre älter war, nahm Mark unter ihre Fittiche in ihrem Hotel. Schließlich arbeitete sie sogar als seine Managerin.
