Wir alle kennen Klaus „Auge“ Augenthaler als einen ehemaligen deutschen Fußballtrainer und Fußballspieler. Augenthaler feierte als klassischer Libero nationale und internationale Erfolge: Er hielt mit sieben deutschen Meisterschaften im Trikot des FC Bayern München lange einen Rekord, der später von Oliver Kahn, Mehmet Scholl, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Philipp Lahm, Arjen Robben und Franck Ribéry überboten wurde. Der Weltmeistertitel mit der deutschen Fußballnationalmannschaft im Jahr 1990 war ein Höhepunkt seiner Karriere. Seit 1980 ist er mit seiner Frau Monika verheiratet. Die beiden haben zwei Töchter. Die jüngere Tochter Lisa, die 1990 geboren wurde, ist Schauspielerin und seit 2018 Radiomoderatorin bei Antenne Bayern.
