Was steckt hinter Barbara Bouchets Fitness-Imperium?
Bouchet ist alles, nur nicht der Typ, der sich gemütlich zurücklehnt. Angefangen hat sie als Schauspielerin und tauchte in Filmen und Serien auf. Irgendwann kam dann der nächste Schritt, Fitness. Statt nur vor der Kamera zu stehen, brachte sie Bücher und Videos zum Training heraus, die sich gut verkauften. Dazu gehört ein eigenes Fitnessstudio, also nicht nur ein Hobby, sondern ein echtes Standbein. Kurz gesagt: Sie hat sich ein zweites Spielfeld aufgebaut.
Sie hat auch eine Produktionsfirma gegründet. Auf der Leinwand kennt man sie aus Casino Royal und Gangs of New York. Heute lebt sie in Italien und wirkt wie jemand, der genau weiß, was er will. Mit 76 ist sie immer noch beeindruckend, nicht nur wegen der Optik, sondern weil sie über Jahrzehnte mehrere Karrieren parallel gestemmt hat. Und ja, diese Energie spürt man einfach.
