Auch mit 66 wirkt die Schauspielerin und Sängerin kein bisschen wie jemand, der sich aus dem Rampenlicht verabschiedet hat. Entdeckt wurde sie von Jack Nicholson, der ihr direkt eine Rolle in seinem Film Goin’ South gab. Danach ging es Schlag auf Schlag: Bekannt wurde sie unter anderem durch Melvin and Howard und Back to the Future 3.
