2019 lernte die Bodybuilderin den Sänger Olly Murs kennen, inzwischen sind die beiden sogar verlobt. Auf Social Media nimmt sie ihre Fans ständig mit, von knallharten Workouts bis zu ihren Morgenroutinen. Und ja, ihr Verlobter scheint da ziemlich genau hinzuschauen: Seit er Amelia datet, sind bei ihm ein paar Kilos gepurzelt, und den Sixpack zeigt er inzwischen ziemlich stolz. Gegen ihre Muskelpower wirkt das trotzdem eher wie ein nettes Nebenprojekt.
2021 holte sie sich zum vierten Mal den Titel bei der “Pure Elite Bikini Competition” der europäischen Bodybuilding-Liga, nach sechs Monaten Vorbereitung. Ohne Disziplin und echten Biss läuft da gar nichts. Olly stand dabei die ganze Zeit hinter ihr, begleitete sie zum Wettkampf, und ist sichtbar mächtig stolz.
