Christina Aguilera, 40, Sängerin
Christina Aguilera ist seit den 90er Jahren eine Größe im Musikgeschäft und das nicht nur als Sängerin, sondern auch als Musikproduzentin und Songwriterin. Außerdem war sie lange Zeit in der beliebten Show „The Voice“ als Jurorin tätig. Mit den Jahren und zwei Schwangerschaften kamen dann auch einige überschüssige Kilos dazu, denen sie aber bald den Kampf ansagte und ganze 18 Kilo abnahm, um wieder zu ihrem normalen Gewicht zurückzukehren.
Sie erzählte, dass sie dank eines Lieferservices eine strenge Diät befolgte und sich aber nicht wog, da es ihr um ein Wohlfühlgewicht ging, welches sie tatsächlich erreicht hat und heute wieder in Topform ist.
