Der Schauspieler Alec Baldwin hat mit 62 Jahren schon eine lange Karriere hinter sich und heute kann er mit Stolz sagen einen weiteren Erfolg erzielt zu haben, denn er hat in nur 4 Monaten beeindruckende 15 Kilo abgenommen. Alles begann, als sein Arzt ihm bei einer Kontrolle sagte, dass er auf eine Diabetes zusteuerte und er dringend etwas dagegen unternehmen solle.
Um das zu verhindern, entschied er sich dazu seine Ernährung zu ändern und so gut es geht auf Zucker zu verzichten. So hat er das auch geschafft und hat nicht nur einer ernstzunehmenden Krankheit vorgebeugt, sondern ist heute auch in Topform.
