Thomas Drechsel, 33, Schauspieler
Thomas Drechsel ist schon seit vielen Jahren ein bekannter Schauspieler im deutschen Fernsehen, da er lange Zeit die Rolle des Max „Tuner“ Krüger in der Soap „Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten“ spielte. Für diese Rolle passte sein Übergewicht perfekt und er hatte eigentlich keine Gründe abzunehmen, bis er begann gesundheitliche Probleme zu bekommen.
Neben starken Rückenschmerzen bekam er sogar Herzstechen und entschied sich deshalb nach einem Arztbesuch mit einem Ausgangsgewicht von 106 Kilos seine Ernährung umzustellen und mit viel Bewegung den Kilos den Kampf anzusagen. In nur wenigen Monaten nahm er beeindruckende 30 Kilo ab und ist heute in Topform.
