Hans Sigl, 51, Schauspieler
Hans Sigl zählt zu den beliebtesten deutschen Heimat-Schauspielern. Als „Bergdoktor“ hat er eine große Fangemeinde für sich gewonnen und in dieser Serie eigentlich auch immer eine gute Figur gemacht. Der heute 51 Jahre alte Hans hatte noch nie wirklich auf sein Gewicht und seine Ernährung geachtet, bis er von seiner vegetarischen Frau dazu angeregt wurde, seine Ernährung umzustellen.
Er entschied sich gegen Kohlenhydrate, reduzierte Zucker und verzichtete ganz auf Alkohol und Fleisch. So hat er es geschafft 20 Kilo abzunehmen. Und wir müssen sagen, dass ihm sein neues Gewicht ganz gut steht.
