Mariah Carey zählt zu den großen Sängerinnen des letzten und diesen Jahrhunderts. Ihre Songs, darunter „All I wantfor Christmas isyou“, sind große Hits, die heute immer weiter zu hören sind. Doch in ihrem Leben lief nicht immer alles so glatt und sie begann mit Gewichtsproblemen zu kämpfen, als sie Beziehungsprobleme hatte und auch ihre Karriere nicht mehr so lief wie früher.
Obwohl sie sich zunächst durch Mobbing wegen ihres Gewichts noch weiter gehen ließ, sagte sie schließlich ihren Kilos den Kampf an und entschied sich für eine Magenband-OP. Heute sieht sie so toll aus wie noch nie und wir hoffen, dass auch ihr Selbstvertrauen wieder heil ist.
