Seth Rogen, 38, Komiker und Schauspieler
Der kanadische Schauspieler und Komiker Seth Rogen spielte 2011 die Hauptrolle in „The Green Hornet“. Auch wenn der Film nicht gerade seine beste Arbeit war und nicht halb so erfolgreich war, wie er hätte sein sollen, brachte er Seth eine neue Körpergröße. Denn für den Film musste er 15 Kilo abnehmen und trainierte an 5 Tagen die Woche mit einem Trainer zusammen und musste seine Ernährung stark einschränken.
Tatsächlich hat er auch diese 15 Kilo abgenommen und machte in diesem Film zumindest eine gute Figur. Darauf folgten viele weitere große Rollen und wir müssen sagen, dass Seth ohne die überflüssigen Kilos echt super aussieht.
