Der US-amerikanische Komiker und Schauspieler, der besonders durch „die Drew Carey Show“ berühmt wurde, ist heute 62 Jahre alt und sieht besser und jünger aus als je zuvor. Denn er hatte während seiner langen Karriere, die sehr erfolgreich war und heute immer noch ist, immer wieder nicht nur Gewichts-, sondern einige schwerwiegende gesundheitliche Probleme, wie Diabetes.
Er wog über 130 Kilo, als er beschloss auf Kohlenhydrate zu verzichten, seine gesamte Ernährung zu ändern und sich mehr zu bewegen. So hat er es geschafft nicht nur sein Gewicht auf die Hälfte zu reduzieren, sondern auch seine Diabetes Typ-2 zu besiegen.
