Adam Sandler, 54, Schauspieler
Ein Schauspieler der Größenordnung von Adam Sandler muss nicht vorgestellt werden und sein einzigartiger Humor seiner oft sehr verrückten Filme, macht ihn zu einem Unikat. Der Hollywood Star hatte schon immer eine Anlage zum Doppelkinn, auch wenn er nicht wirklich dick war, hatte er in mehreren Jahren doch ein paar Kilos zugelegt. 2017 nahm er sich jedoch vor, den Kilos den Kampf anzusagen und er holte sich den besten Trainer dafür, Duffy Gaver, der schon vielen Stars beim Abnehmen geholfen hat.
Mit Diät und viel Training ist sein Körper heute wieder in Topform, auch wenn er sich sonntags immer etwas zum Naschen gönnt.
