Christian Bale, 46, Schauspieler
Christian Bale hat eine beeindruckende Karriere hingelegt und hat mit seiner Darstellung des Batman Filmgeschichte geschrieben. Der Brite musste aber für viele seiner Rollen hart kämpfen, da einige große Gewichtsschwankungen von ihm verlangten. Zum Beispiel musste der Oscar-Preisträger für den Film „Die Herrschaft des Feuers“ über 70 Kilo zunehmen und das nicht nur an Fett, sondern auch an Muskelmasse.
Nur zwei Jahre später wurde von ihm für „Der Maschinist“ dann verlangt ganze 30 Kilo zu verlieren. Zum Glück hat Christian Bale eine eiserne Disziplin, die ihm dabei hilft das intensive Training und eine strenge Diät durchzuhalten, um all die Gewichtsziele zu erreichen, die von ihm verlangt werden.
