Axel Stein, 38, Schauspieler
Axel Stein wurde durch seine Rolle als Sohn von „Hausmeister Krause“, als pummliger Jugendlicher berühmt. So begann seine erfolgreiche Karriere als Schauspieler. Seither hat sich aber einiges geändert. Damals wog er nämlich 125 Kilo, heute ist der 38 Jahre alte Axel aber 45 Kilo leichter. Wie er das geschafft hat? Er begann in verschiedenen Ausdauersportarten, darunter Fußball, zu trainieren, da er sich in seinem Körper nicht mehr wohlfühlte.
Doch auch Joggen und Schwimmen unter anderen machen ihm viel Spaß und so fiel es ihm nicht sehr schwer seine Kilos endgültig zu verlieren, in Kombination mit einer gesunden Ernährung.
