Seit seinem Sieg bei „Deutschland sucht den Superstar“ hat Pietro den Sprung vom Casting-Show-Gewinner zur festen Größe im Pop-Kosmos geschafft. Der Karlsruher holte sich den Titel in Staffel 8 und blieb danach sichtbar, musikalisch und in den Medien. Während des Lockdowns ging das Gewicht allerdings ordentlich nach oben, zeitweise standen 104 Kilo auf der Waage.
Dann kam die Kehrtwende: Er zog durch und verlor rund 20 Kilo. Ein Teil davon, etwa 6 Kilo, kam später wieder zurück, aktuell liegt er bei 90 Kilo. Bei ihm schwankt das eben mal, trotzdem läuft die Karriere weiter.
