Ganz ehrlich, Beyonce muss sich normalerweise wirklich keine großen Gedanken ums Gewicht machen, oder? Trotzdem wurde es nach der Geburt ihrer Zwillinge 2017 kurz ernst, denn der Countdown lief. Für ihren Coachella-Auftritt wollte sie wieder topfit auf der Bühne stehen, und das bedeutete: zurück zu den für ihre 152cm angepeilten 55kg. Genau das hat sie auch geschafft, mit dem 22-Tage-Ernährungsprogramm von Marco Borges.
Und weil sie es wirklich wissen wollte, hat sie das Ganze direkt verdoppelt, insgesamt 44 Tage. In dieser Zeit gab es keine Kohlenhydrate, keinen Zucker, keine Milchprodukte, kein Fleisch und keinen Fisch, dazu ein hartes Fitnessprogramm, das sicher nichts für schwache Nerven war.
