Selena Gomez – 53kg – 164cm
Wenn sie nicht gerade arbeitet, ist Selena eher der Typ für einen entspannten, unkomplizierten Look. Bekannt wurde sie als „Alex Russo“ in der Disney-Channel-Serie „Wizards Of Waverley Place“, und schon damals hat sie nebenbei weitere Rollen angenommen und sich breiter aufgestellt. Trotz ihres jungen Alters hatte sie gesundheitlich einiges zu stemmen, besonders die Lupus-Diagnose und das ständige Auf und Ab beim Gewicht.
Bei 164 cm ist das natürlich etwas, das schnell auffällt. Sie setzte deshalb auf eine „Schnellen Stoffwechsel Diät“ plus ein striktes Fitnessprogramm, und landete schließlich bei 53 kg, ein Wert, mit dem sie sich wohlfühlt. 2020 kündigte HBO außerdem an, eine Kochshow mit ihr auszustrahlen.
