Olive und das große Schweigen
Schon am Morgen hatte Olive kaum ein Wort gesagt. Auch während der Fahrt zum Gerichtsgebäude, mitten im pulsierenden Herzen der Stadt, blieb sie still. Ihre Pflegeeltern beantworteten geduldig jede Frage der Richterin, während Olive sich unauffällig im Stuhl zurückzog.
Als sie dann plötzlich selbst angesprochen wurde, durchfuhr sie ein Schreck. Nie hätte sie erwartet, dass sie selbst etwas sagen sollte! Ihr Herz klopfte schneller, und am liebsten wäre sie in diesem Moment einfach verschwunden. Doch die Augen der Richterin ruhten erwartungsvoll auf ihr. Was sollte sie nur tun? Und was konnte sie überhaupt sagen?
