Dietro lo “stallone italiano” c’è Rocco Tano, sposato con un’ex reginetta di bellezza ungherese e con due figli. La moglie dice che, contrariamente a quanto si potrebbe pensare, suo marito è piuttosto “romantico”. È sposato da più di 20 anni con Rosza Tassi. Rocco si è ora dedicato alla regia e alla produzione di cinema hard. Nel 2015 ha aperto la sua scuola, “Siffredi Hard Academy”, per insegnare i suoi segreti ai giovani talenti e nello stesso anno ha lanciato una petizione tramite web per insegnare educazione sessuale in Italia. Rocco si mantiene ancora in grande forma!
