TINA TURNER – 81 anni
Tina Turner ha compiuto 81 anni! La cantante, nata Anna Mae Bullock, è emersa sulla scena musicale negli anni ’50, originariamente interpretando “Little Ann”. Negli anni ’60, aveva adottato il nome d’arte Tina Turner ed era diventata famosa in Ike & Tina Turner Revue insieme al futuro marito Ike Turner. Ike e Tina hanno avuto alcuni successi importanti in quel decennio tra cui “A Fool in Love” e “River Deep – Mountain High”, ma la loro unione non doveva durare. La coppia terminò la loro relazione tumultuosa. Tina iniziò una carriera solista di successo negli anni ’80 durante la quale pubblicò l’album di successo “Private Dancer”. Nell’aprile 2013, ha ottenuto la copertina di German Vogue, diventando la persona più anziana al mondo ad aver mai presenziato sulla copertina del marchio. Nel marzo 2018, “Tina: The Tina Turner Musical”, uno spettacolo basato sulla sua storia di vita, è stato presentato in anteprima a Londra. Il musical sarà presentato in anteprima a Broadway nell’autunno del 2019. Tina è felicemente sposata con l’amore di lunga data Erwin Bach, che ha frequentato per 27 anni prima di sposarsi nel 2013.
