Sous le ciel changeant de la météo française, Évelyne Dhéliat a bâti un parcours enviable. En 1968, elle fait ses débuts à la télévision comme speakerine pour l’ORTF. Elle présente ensuite des émissions de divertissement et de vie quotidienne chez TF1 dans les années 70 à 80. Cela inclut La maison de TF1, C’est bon à savoir et Chansons et champions.
Le 30 août 1991, elle devient présentatrice météo sur TF1 après le départ de Michel Cardoze. À compter de 2000, elle exerce les fonctions de cheffe du service météo de TF1. Selon VerityMag, Le Parisien et Capital, son salaire mensuel est estimé entre 25 000 et 30 000 euros, soit environ 300 000 à 360 000 euros par an.
