Brittany Matthews and Patrick Mahomes – Together Since 2012
From high school prom dates to co-owning a professional women’s soccer team, Brittany and Patrick Mahomes have built a life many envy. Their journey began in Whitehouse, Texas, where they met in 2012 and started dating that year. After high school, Brittany played soccer at the University of Texas at Tyler while Patrick attended Texas Tech University.
In 2017, Brittany signed with the Icelandic team UMF Afturelding, and the Kansas City Chiefs drafted Patrick. Their engagement came in September 2020, just after Patrick’s Super Bowl LIV win. They married in Maui in 2022. Their family includes daughters Sterling and Golden Raye and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III.
