The famous NBA basketball player Shaquille O’Neal had his first experience with Hollywood around the year 1992. He appeared in the movie Blue Chips which revolved around the world of basketball, and hence the directors cast actual professional players. He was the first African-American to star as a comic-book superhero in the picture Steel. Additionally, he appeared in the movie Kazaam.
