People remember Danica McKellar from the television series The Wonder Years, in which she portrayed Winnie Cooper’s role. While working as a voice artist, she was the voice behind Miss Martian in the series Young Justice and Judy Jetson in the sitcom The Jetsons. Interestingly, McKellar is exceptionally good at mathematics and has published six non-fiction books, including Hot X: Algebra Exposed, Girls Get Curves: Geometry Takes Shape, etc. Three of her books made it to The New York Times children’s bestseller list. Her goal is to encourage more girls to pursue a career in mathematics. Additionally, McKeller also works as an Education advocate.
