Anstatt sich auf die turbulente Phase ihrer Beziehung zu konzentrieren, übernahm Prinzessin Diana die Pflichten der Prinzessin von Wales. Und das tat sie mit großem Elan. Sie sorgte dafür, dass alle Arbeiten gut erledigt wurden und war mit allen königlichen Aktivitäten beschäftigt. Darüber hinaus setzte sie sich leidenschaftlich für benachteiligte Menschen ein. Ohne sich darum zu kümmern, was die anderen Mitglieder der königlichen Familie von ihr denken würden, fuhr Prinzessin Diana damit fort, den Armen zu helfen. Sie war unnachgiebig in ihrer Sache und dachte nicht lange nach, um ihre Hilfe anzubieten. Und das ist der Grund, warum so viele Menschen sie liebten.
