One of the first lessons in fishing is about accurately casting a rod and reel. This guy attempted to cast the reel further into the water than you generally would but forgot the basic rule of following through with the arms.
He made a rookie mistake by using his entire body and ended up in the water. Anyhow, judging by the way he is dressed, maybe this guy did not take any fishing lessons at all. Furthermore, it doesn’t even look like he’s holding the rod in the right manner.
