A Las Vegas home owned by Grammy-award winning singer and Motown legend Gladys Knight and her husband has sold for $720,000. After living in the Las Vegas area for several years, in August of 2007 R&B singer-songwriter, Gladys Knight purchased a mountain retreat in North Carolina.
Located in the small town of Fairview, which is near Asheville, the Empress of Soul’s Colonial style home has 3,918 square feet and includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, three fireplaces, and is set on twenty acres which include a large artificial pond with a gazebo near the entrance of the property.
