As someone who is passionate about helping others, Metz encourages everyone struggling with excess weight not to give up, stating that progress, instead of perfection.
Chrissy’s weight loss experience is truly incredible. She lost 100 pounds in less than five months following an incident that made her realize she needed to take better care of herself. Furthermore, Chrissy revealed that she only eats a 2,000 calorie diet and walks for 20 minutes every day.
