Jillian Michaels, More Than 50 Pounds- To Deal With Her Parents’ Divorce
When Jillian Michaels was in her teenage years, she struggled with weight like many other teenagers. She used food to cope and bond with her dad over his excess weight, resulting in a 170lb frame. However, Jillian soon realized that she was doing wrong with her health.
Furthermore, Jillian’s mother enrolled her in martial arts classes, hoping to help her with the divorce. Martial art kickstarted her fitness journey and she started to feel healthy when eating real food. Also, she stopped drinking artificial stuff from jars. Jillian believes in the mantra of a balanced diet and follows her regimen indeed.
