Jordin Sparks, 50 Pounds- Due To Illness
Jordin Sparks raised to fame in 2007 when she became the youngest American Idol winner at age 17. But all of that changed as her body started to rebel against years of dieting and a lackluster lifestyle. Jordin got sick, pushing her into an even deeper depression which led her to a drastic transformation, and she lost nearly 50 pounds.
Sparks has been paying closer attention to her eating habits and realizes that cutting back on food only is not the best strategy for losing weight. Sparks includes Zumba, running, boxing in with other fitness routines she does to find an effective way.
